This document reviews the equations of H- stripping by black-body radiation, magnetic field and residual gas with an
application to the 8 GeV H-minus beam produced by the Fermilab High Intensity Neutrino Source. This work is a preamble to the
implementation of these stripping effects in the beam dynamics code TRACK.
